Hello. My name is David Sparkman and I’m a writer and the publisher of Loose Leaf Press.

Loose Leaf Press is my personal digital imprint. 

My story is not all that different from a lot of people. I was in web consulting and frankly got tired of having to deal with people. I’m an introvert by nature, and consulting is not the business to be in when you have a low threshold for bulls**t.

So I decided to make a change. I dumped the consulting and decided it was time to work on the things that matter to me. 

Here we are.

I’m a deep thinker. I love to the get the true essence of things. The past few years have allowed me to break down my life philosophy in to the most basic of terms: 

Live Simply. Create Passionately. Prosper Immensely.

I created Loose Leaf Press as my vehicle to publish my writing  on the subjects I am passionate about. I will share with you my musings on everything from art and science to experiments in lifestyle design.
